| Our Indian summer just ended. Gone are the surprisingly warm days and surprising lack of rain. It is now wet and dreary, although we don't have the wind you're experiencing.
Stay safe, Sue. | |

| We're getting down into the 50s at night, but we're still pegging in the 80's during the day. | Here in the Pacific NW we're barely hitting the 60's during the day. Mostly over-cast with plenty of rain and in the 40's at night. Summer is definately over here. Trying very hard to keep from turning on the heat at night. Global warming my a**. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

In the Pacific Northwest, isn't that the forcast year-round? _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/

In the Pacific Northwest, isn't that the forcast year-round? Well certainly not the latter half of July and all of August, it is usually rather sunny then. But yes, most of the rest of the year it can be just like that. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| The last weeks of September had given us an Indian Summer. Early in the morning it only was 32. Now the fun has started showers and wind. Yes summer is really over here. | |

| Here in Phoenix "summer weather" continues to prevail in that we won't be out of triple digit range until sometime in the first week of October. October, however, does bring a "gradual" cool down in that by the first week of November we are usually in the low 90s. Around Thanksgiving the "chilly" weather starts in that we remain in the 60s and 70s until things start to heat up again in late winter. | |

| Dynamis, sounds like temperature wise that living in Phoenix would suck! Here in Tennessee, we have a wide variety of seasons. We have Almost Summer, Summer, Still Summer, and Christmas. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| What is the biggest fear for a cyclist in Phoenix? "What if I crash, get knocked unconcious, and end up lying on the pavement and cook to death?" _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

But it's a dry heat! Seriously, I kind of like the hot weather; once you get used to it, it really is not that uncomfortable- unless it is approaching 110 or more (we topped out at around 115 in June). Right now we are at about 99 with blue skies and almost no humidity- which is just about right. Besides, it is worth putting up with all the hot summer weather for the late fall and winter, when the weather is perfect.

| We're dropping in temps some this week. We're going to be hitting the 70's for a daytime high and down in the 40s at night. I'm loving it! I'll be the freak still wearing my shorts and laughing at everyone complaining that it's so cold.

| My shorts are in the closet and see ya next summer.
Staybrite, thanks for the warning, I never go biking in Phoenix.
It's cold here and we get heavy rain showers complete with thunder. And guess ... it's windy here.

| I love the landscape and climate of Arizona, and it does wonders for my allergies. I haven't been there in about 15 years, but I loved it when I used to go there. It's a joke between my wife and I that it's the place for us to move to, because I know she needs the PNW for the trees and mountains and weather and, most importantly, she could never move away from family. So every time I suggest moving to Arizona she just gives me that I'm-talking-to-a-crazy-man look. | |
