| I saw this name on Topshot's CD tradelist. I looked for some sound samples and found that there are several albums of blues music that you can download from his site. Here is a link if anyone is interested. Straight-up blues, not rock or metal. http://www.gypsycarns.com/music/ | |

| Mission of One, and Gypsy Carns almost worked together on the latest M of 1 project if I'm not mistaken. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| If it had not been for scheduling, I would have brought Gypsy in for several of the leads. It just didn't work out, but it could be an option in the future. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| I'm embarrassed to confess that I never even bothered to listen to 'The Watchman' because of one of his previous albums since "I knew it wouldn't fit my show." I just popped it in to see if I should bother archiving it before shipping it off to Chris.
Wow, was I ever wrong. He added a LOT more rocking guitar on this release. The first 5 songs I've heard so far could fit musically on my show. Interestingly, this disc reminds me a lot of M of 1 as well.
Y'all should at least check out The Watchman. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| Checked out Gypsy Carns. Hey that sounds vet gaaf. I found you can download songs for free.
What's the story behind the fact Mission Of One and Gypsy Carns worked out together on the last Mission Of One CD?

| There is no story. I contacted Gypsy and talked to him about playing lead for me on the CD. He was busy with recording his last CD at the time and could not. I met Gypsy a few years back when I was playing with Stressin'. We played at a couple of different things together. He is still friends with Marty, our old guitarist. So, getting in touch was not hard to do. It just didn't work out.

| Now I hope that Gypsy Carns and Mission Of One can work out something cool for the next Mission Of One CD. Maybe they have a voclaist who can do the vocals for Mission Of One.
Gypys Carns sounds cool.

| Right now, I am not thinking too much about a new Mission Of One disc. I have the songs already. But, I have some other projects that I want to work on with some online buddies. That ought to keep me busy for a while.

| That's good to do to work on other projects, other music styles. It's good to take a Mission Of One break for some time. | |

| I've got his CD "The Watchmen" now. He mixes some electric blues and some classic hard rock on this CD. If you like Glen Kaiser's "Carolina Moon", then you'd probably like "The Watchmen". Hey, Sterling......if you haven't heard this yet, then you need to. Gypsy is another slider!

| I'll check it out tomorrow. I would only like to hear more full band stuff like "The Watchmen". Some of his early stuff was just Gypsy, his acoustic or electric guitar, a tamborine around his foot, and his boot on a box for drums.

| Looks like most of us would like "The Watchman" and "Paris Feels Good" as they are both heavier rock/blues albums with a full band. I like a few of the tracks on "Mississippi Nights", but I probably wouldn't listen often. I think I'll download "Paris Feels Good" for sure!

| I think I will give that Watchmen record a shot, but most of the rest of sounds too bluesy for my taste. I really like blues based rock, but straight blues can only seem hold my attention for a few songs. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."
