| I want to wish a very happy Mothers' Day to all of our ladyfolk who post here (both of you). I hope that you can spend this day just enjoying the company of your children today. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Thanks, it's very attentive to remember this. We spend this afternoon with my mom and my aunt.
I cooked and my kids promished me to eat all I cooked for them. We have had supper with the family. Nine people around your table is a lot. | |

| We have had a good day. It only makes me so sad so see how much more the alzheimer is stealing parts of my mom who never come back. This is the first year she didn't remember it is my birthday on may 10th. All those years she knew it's my birthday. And so many other things are gone and never come back. | |

| I can imagine that having a parent with alzheimers can be very difficult. My wifes grandfather suffered dimentia in his later years, and couldn't seem to remember much of anyone. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| Having a mom with alzheimers would be tough on Mother's Day. Not having your mom anymore sucks pretty bad, too. Having to go to church and have everyone honoring their mom when you just wish you could talk to your own one more time makes you want to crawl up under a rock, puke, and die. But, Monday comes. Life goes on.

| I feel your pain to go to church and all are honering their mom's. Recognize this feeling and how it hurts not to have a mom to honor anymore. I have this on Father's Day. Father's Day is a tough day. Like you told, Monday comes and life goes on. It helps to know for more people is Mother's- or Father's Day a tough day. | |
