| Who is your favorite lyrics writer? I'm aware of the fact that the lyrics writers are not your favorite. Maybe one of the listed writers can be cool too. | |

| From those listed, Jimmy Brown would be my pick, but I chose "other" because Kris Klingensmith (Barnabas) is my favorite lyricist.
Glenn Kaiser (Rez, GKB) gets a nod from me as well. |

| Jimmy Brown (primarily for his work on "Learn", "Camelot In Smithereens" and Assimilation") |

| Of that list I picked Bill, as the latest Titanic (although I haven't got it yet) has great, straight forward lyrics, which I like.

| From that list I picked Christian, but it could just have easily gone with Randy Rose, depending on my mood. I like some of Brian Lutes lyrics but much of the seems to come off as kinda sappy. I don't know enought of JP Browns lyrics to make any kind of assertations. -- _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I gotta go with Randy Rose on this one. There are so many times that the dark lyrics that Randy has penned that have helped me through many a dark time. I call these CDs my "Depression Music" as I tend to want to hear these when I'm feeling down. The dark mood of the music and lyrics I seem to connect with, and it allows me to express what I'm feeling and why. But, Deliverance's "Learn" CD has done the same thing as well. As far as having an absolute favorite songwriter, I do not have one. There are so many songs that have touched my heart at one time or another whether it be an old traditional hymn, modern worship chorus, CCM song, or something more slamming. God speaks through so many outlets. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |

| Randy Rose gets my vote too. Many times his lyrics touched my heart, special when I had dark moods. It seems Randy's music fits to dark moods.
Some lyrics of Brian Lutes has touched my heart too. Sometimes I can feel how desperate he was and how God saved his life.
There are many other lyric writes who touched my heart with their songs.
True God is speaking in so many songs. | |
