I read that in an on-line review. I think I need to check this movie out. _________________ -- "One day you'll stand before God and realize it wasn't about you"

| I finally watched Ben Stien's "Expelled" a few nights ago. A pretty decent documentary, but sadly non of it was surprising. _________________ -- "One day you'll stand before God and realize it wasn't about you"

| The Day The The Earth Stood Still (2008) One of the worst movies I've ever seen. The "save the earth from man" theme is a dead horse that has been beaten to a pulp. Hollywood's attempts at indoctrinating the viewer into a tree hugging zombie are laughable. This movie just regurgitates what other movies such as Day After Tomorrow and The Happening have already regurgitated. |

| I enjoyed it solely for the eye candy and even many of the effects weren't good by today's standards. Anyway, I've watched a couple Amazing Grace movies, the one done recently on Wilberforce's life and one that told a portion of the life of Newton (not sure if it was historically accurate or not). I have one more Amazing Grace that tells of the origins of 5 "hymns that changed the world." Last night watched John Wycliffe: The Morning Star. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

I thought that one was done very well. It does take a little creative license with Wilberforce and Newton, but in all does a good job of showing how England did away with slavery without splitting their nation with a major war._________________ "DEJA MOO--The feeling that you've heard this bull before!" |

| I'm watching free movies from this blog: http://stagevu.com/video I'm really not sure how they can get away with their website. I wonder when they'll be shut down. What do you know - and what's ur opinion of this ? |

| Sure looks like a fair amount of Rights-infringing content to me. Has to be a foreign site. _________________ "If you are not concerned about your neighbor's salvation, you should be concerned about your own."

| Definitely illegal. There is no one out there, not even iTunes, that is offering movies still in theaters for sale--much less for free. _________________ "DEJA MOO--The feeling that you've heard this bull before!" |

| Last night I watched "Highschool Musical 3" with my daughter. Much better than the second one (yes I have suffered through all 3) but still very weak on plot and acting (big surprise huh?). _________________ -- "One day you'll stand before God and realize it wasn't about you"

| Very disturbing.... not the movie itself, but my reaction to it. I screamed for joy when they filled him full of led. not a good Christian reaction, but that certainly was building up. |

| Punisher 2. An extremely violent film. Not much substance other than very graphic face smashing and endless closeups of bullets vs bodies. This is definitely not a film for those easily influenced...which in my book is anyone still in puberty. |
