I believe down-load is the only way you can get it (at least right now). But it is free from their site here.

Under Command - Secret Place Of Thunder

I pulled a copy of this of eBay several years ago. When the CD arrived I was presently surprised to find that it was autographed by vocalist/guitarist Wayne Johnson. Good stuff and looking forward to the bands upcoming release "Back In The Thick".
