Yeah, because of legal issues I haven't made my show available. That, and my PC needs a serious memory upgrade before it can handle the extra threading required to record a file of that size during the broadcast

"Metal Shop" was a nationally syndicated show--or at least the one I used to listen to was. They aired every Saturday night. Many stations around the country would air the show at their own time, though. Our local rock station at the time carried this live. Unfortunately, WKDF is now a country station. 102.9 used to be a country station and is now the local rock station. Weird.

Are you talking about "Metal Shop" w/ Charlie "The Butcher" Kendall? If so, awesome - I loved that show! Got introduced to a ton of great bands via that show.

Tomorrow night's playlist, and it's a doozy....the theme is "Girls Rock!!!" Yes, I know it's Father's Day, but as everyone should know by now, I move to the beat of my own drum, so despite being Father's Day, it's Ladies Night at "The Gamut"! It's all about the large variety of different styles & sounds women have taken on in rock, whether it's just a female-fronted band, or an all-girl variety, it's all about women who rock!
