She's refering to the divine metal podcast. You gotta download the podcast to hear the songs from those artists. Not "literally" free music, but a free podcast that will let you hear a bunch of that stuff.
If you go to blabberdownload it is at the top of their page along with several other free "legal" downloads.

OK, I get it now. I have downloaded the first several podcasts, but I just can't listen to a lot of the thrash/death/black/hardcore that was on most of the earlier podcasts.

That was me too, I found myself skipping so much of that stuff that it was like I was only listening to 2 or 3 songs out of the entrie hour.
