What does everyone think of this? What are your thoughts on the production? And what about the lead vocals? To whom might you compare this band to?

I don't have the album but I have listened to some of the samples on their myspace page. Can't say too much about the production (mostly because I don't have the album).

Musically I'm not sure who to compare them too. Their sound (at least on the new songs) seems significantly less "glammy" than their look (big help huh?) Although the guitars on their "Ransom" track seem like a dead-ringer for early Motley Crue. Musically I seem to like most of what I've heard, but the vocals are keeping me from being very interested in putting this on my wish list.

They somewhat have an Eternal Ryte sound.

As far as the production goes, my opinion here is the same as the CMR. The music is top notch, but the vocals are a little too far under the mix for my tastes. It makes Mazi, the lead singer, a little hard to understand--especially with a thick accent. However, I am not saying that the project is bad. I think it's a pretty solid release for their first full-length CD and I'm looking forward to what they do in the future.
