Dark Harp

I believe that this band has been mentioned before. Hailing from Nashville, this modern rock/alternative band is for fans of Flyleaf or Fireflight. They have a new CD out called "Our Bleeding Hearts in His Healing Hands".

You met them at someone's wedding as I recall. I've played them before. Their last album was a bit dark and eclectic.

I did meet them, and I have a CD-R of theirs around here somewhere--might have traded it off--I don't remember.

I just got an email back from Eddie de Pool, guitarist for this band, and you can get the new CD by sending $8 via PayPal to the band. You can use this email address:

I believe that they will send you MP3s of the first disc if you order the new CD.

If you ask them, they will give you a mailing address. They really want to move CDs and are just getting their ability to sell them started.

I got the new CD today in the mail. It really sounds like Fireflight musically (maybe a bit darker, though) with Jennifer Knapp on vocals. Chrisy de Pool is somewhat reminiscent of Knapp's singing style. It suits these songs VERY well.
