The modern hard rockers Bayless have a new single out "Declaration" Even though I'm not a huge fan of modern rock I dig these guys. Their stuff isn't "cookie-cutter" sounding to me, like a lot of the modern stuff seems to be.
Apparently that also did a Christmas EP (that I'm sure will thrill you Christmas music fans).
That sounds solid! It doesn't sound like a Skillet or Seventh Day Slumber ripoff. Hopefully, this is just the precursor to a full length release.

Their first album was in 2012. So not nearly as uncommon a sound back then. They trade off male and female lead vocals so from what I've heard (that first album, and a later EP in addition to this new single) they have a bit more varied sound...yet all within the modern rock/metal camp.

I discovered them about a month ago, and completely fell in love with their music. There are several days at work where I will cue up their entire discography off of Amazon.
