So, musically it was a good Christmas for me.  I received...

Leviticus - In His Service (all their albums)
Stryper - God Doesn't Like Evil
Luke Easter - The Pop Disaster
Tourniquet - Gazing At Medusa
Disciple - Vultures
Disciple - Long Live The Rebels

You can't ignore the fact that January is going to be pretty loud!

Nice list indeed!

I stopped asking for music years ago.  I hated waiting, and my wife doesn't like it when I get something and don't enjoy it resulting in trading or selling.  So, I just stopped asking.

Luke Easter - The Pop Disaster BEST VOCAL PERFORMANCE FROM LUKE EVER!

This is probably the first Christmas in a long time that I didn't get any music!  My family decided to go ultra-minimal on gifts this year which was actually quite nice.  Veronika and I made gingerbread cookies for everyone and that was about it haha.

However... my birthday is in a few days and we've been talking about upgrading the deck and speakers in our car so I think I'll do that as a birthday gift to myself.  Smile  (Any recommendations on brands to look for/stay away from?)

That's funny.
This is the first year (in a long time) that I did get music for Christmas.  I made a wish list on Amazon and let my wife pick what she wanted to get me (all secular stuff, a few titles were old albums I had in my youth but lost or foolishly got rid of over the years).

I dont get too much music for Christmas myself... mostly because my family is always afraid they will get me something I already have...

My mother in law did get me the last Theocracy album... It was on my list, I'd been using review files for the last 2 years... yeah I'm cheap! LOL...

I'm surprised you didn't already have these!  Where'd you score the Forsaken album?  I believe that one's pretty tricky to find these days... but it's a good'un for sure.  I think Decades Of Despair is my favorite Faith album; what do you think of it?

Pretty much all of the music came through Amazon (third party vendors as well).  As for the Faith album, as you can see, I've got quite a few CDs and vinyl to go through so I haven't even listened to it yet  lol!

Aha, very cool!  Anima Mundi is great (of course).  I especially like the songs Carpe Diem and All Is Accomplished.  Does that complete your Forsaken collection?

You're in for a treat then with the Faith album!  It's very good.

Nice.  I have their five full-lengths and one EP but not their demos, splits, or the like.  Enjoy!
