OK, so this band's not Christian, but they are IMHO awesome! And before I go on, I know not everyone will like them, and already know one or two that will absolutely hate them. But that's OK... I think these guys are great and wanted to share them with you.
Seven Kingdoms is a female-fronted power metal band from FL, and I tell you what ... I can't stop pressing play to restart their Seven Kingdoms CD when it ends! They also recently released an EP called In the Walls (lyric video below) through a Kickstarter campaign and just today started a new campaign for their next full release, Decenium (not to be confused with Signum Regis' new album, although it was Ronnie König who told me about Seven Kingdoms in a round-about way). There, I've promoted two of my favorite bands in one post! Skol!

I dig the vocals and guitars but I've really grown tired of all the double bass drum pounding (which is why I don't listen to much power metal anymore. Still a talented sounding group.

Couldn't agree more with continuous double bass.

Yeah, I'll admit after a while the power metal, particular the pounding drums, gets to me. But that's when I switch to symphonic metal! And when that gets old I switch to Country, or Blues, or Jazz, or Opera, or ...

The first concert I saw Theocracy play, they opened for them. They were not bad live.
