They decided to go with someone else.  Probably someone who wouldn't need a relocation package Wink

Well, things have definitely heated up with the interviews.  I've had about 4 phone interviews this past week and have two or three scheduled for next week, including an in-person interview at a facility in Franklin, KY.

I'll bet it is.  Maybe take it easy over the next day or two.

It's kind of frustrating seeing other people from my former company already getting positions while I'm still interviewing and waiting.

I'm sure it is bro. Keep your chin up - God has something better than anything they've gotten in store for you.

I can certainly understand that (my wife has been unemployed since the end of October).  Like Ish says, I trust that God has something better for you that doesn't involved any of the companies you have already interviewed with.
Still praying for you brother.

I would be happy I didn't have to move to Mississippi as well.  Nothing against anyone who lives there, but I really don't think I could do it.

Still praying some company from your area in Texas will make you a great offer that you just cant refuse.

I was hoping for a relocation to Nashville, TTDR!  We would kinda be neighbors.

I know it can be a bit depressing.  My wife is going on 6 months herself.
Have you given thought to a staffing service?  We were in contact with one recently (here in the Pacific NW) that provides Drafters and Engineers (of varying disciplines) to companies looking for temporary design help.  They indicated that the bulk of their drafters and Engineers could work as much (or as little) as they wanted.

Well, I've got a few in-person interviews coming up - one in eastern PA and one in eastern IA.  I'm still hoping for a Houston area interview though Wink
