So I just left a meeting that made me so mad I almost lost Jesus a few times. Here's why:
The meeting was supposed to be about one issue. One. It was supposed to be me, my colleague and the people we supervise who are all in the same position. Our manager, her boss, our Director of Nursing and the superintendent invited themselves - which is fine. Except they took over the meeting and complained about everything the folks in the meeting were doing wrong. So instead of trying to fix what was really a simple topic, it turned into an hour and a half of our bosses complaining about us.
This wouldn't bother me except our superintendent likes to complain about everyone that worked here before she came - especially in a setting like this. Almost like passive-aggressively putting us down to our faces.
This is so unprofessional and I work really hard to be professional and respectful. And if she hates the place so bad, go work somewhere else!
