This is probably some of your best work yet.  Like I said on facebook this style really suits your voice.  Looking forward to getting my hands on a complete cd.

I am scoping out some smaller labels in hopes of finding someone interested in this project.  With me not being a touring band as of yet, that will hurt me.  I can go through Tate again, but their pricing is too high for CDs and I am locked into only certain types of options for CDs.  You can't sell your CDs on CD Baby, either.

I am thinking of full color disc and cardboard sleeve.  For a one-man project, I can get the most bang for my buck this way by keeping individual cost per unit down.  That means a lower cost to the listener as well.  I could use CD Baby as my primary webstore and sign up for distribution through them for iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and other streaming audio, and even with ASCAP/BMI.  If I cannot get someone who really wants to listen to the project and see about launching it, then I may go this route.  I don't want to do a digital only release as some people still prefer physical product.  If I go through CD Baby, I would want to have both MP3 and FLAC for those interested.  I probably won't do vinyl, though, as I don't want to invest in a lot of product that I may not can move.

Sounds great, can't wait to get a copy. The sound quality of this is better than many recent albums that have been put out by major artist and labels.

I much prefer a physical CD than digital, as it feels so much more real to actually hold the product in your hands and think someone spent many hours doing this.  Digital stuff seems a bit more 'superficial' to me.

I'd like to shoot a video for a song but don't foresee having that kind of cash laying around.  So, I may do a couple of lyric videos.  Even those can get pricey.

You should add a cover of "You Gotta Move" to the album

I'd have to go into the studio and record a whole new song and throw this project further back.  While I'd like to do a cover of Rose's version, not the original, I don't think that adding to this project is something that needs to happen.  Twelve songs is plenty.  I'd rather start planning my next release and working towards becoming a full live act doing a few shows from time to time.

I may have found someone to do my lyric videos.  I will need to get a couple of photos for the lady to do them.  She actually does some work with Blue Tape Studios in Nashville where I got the album mixed.

I have the album to SpiritMix 1.3 now.  So, feel free to request it.  I am also sending it and two Mission Of One albums to Reanimated Radio for inclusion.  When I hear back from them, I will be sure to let you know so you can request hearing either project.

I submitted the thingy online to see about getting included on the station.  I haven't heard anything back, though.

That's probably because Dave hasn't checked the email

But when I get a copy, I'll add it to the station since I'm the station manager.

My design team will be working on my lyric video.  I may see if I still have my project files for the one I did two years ago with the original "You'll Shoot Your Eye Out" and see if I can sync the final song with that picture/lyric video.  It can't hurt!  I am also going to have another lyric video done by another guy I know.

I also want to shoot a real video for the title track "When Your Time Comes".  I need to speak with the drama dept. at my high school and see if I can get them to help me.  I could get the kids to act it out for the video.  We'd need to shoot at school for my "prison" scenes and at a convenience market for the rest.  Then, if I could get a couple of guys to learn the song, we could possibly shoot some "live" footage on the stage at school.  I am going to see if it can be done.
