Anyone here use a SmartWatch?

Subject: Anyone here use a SmartWatch? Sat Oct 01, 2016 10:59 pm

I just found an offbrand smartwatch for a fairly decent price and was wondering if anyone here used one. I think some of the features would be cool to have. Otherwise, I'd just keep a standard watch. Yes, I know that only old people wear watches, but I like the look and feel of a standard time piece while having the convenience of just flipping my arm to know the time.

So, do you use a SmartWatch?

My son has one of those "fit-bit" watches that he uses to keep track of his exercise/physical activity. But I don't think I know anyone with a real smart watch.

While I have never heard of the brand, I will take a chance on a new smart watch at this price. I am not usually hard on electronics, so I think that will be a plus. I like the look of this and like that it supports Android phones.

A good friend of mine has one and loves it.

I almost always wear a watch. I love being able to know what time it is without having to locate a clock or look at my phone.

I had several watches when I was young and eventually wouldn't wear them. About 25 years ago I bought an Iron Man saying to myself "I'm gonna wear this for two weeks and either keep wearing it or NEVER WEAR A WATCH AGAIN"...well, I am still watch free today.

I don't know what it is, I think they are cool and (can) look cool but I can't stand to wear them...I just learn where all the clocks are wherever I am and plus I also have this weird thing where I know what time it is, usually within + or - ten minutes, so I guess I don't really need a watch. Not sure if that was something I could always do or if it developed over...uh...time... Smile

I haven't worn a watch in many, many moons.
