Hard to believe it would be new recordings, seems nobody records on tape anymore.

It may be a redone version of this with new parts added or overdubbed.

Yeah, that is what I am thinking. A mix of original and new.

I actually thought maybe it was some Tony Crider vocal tracks, but I was told no.

Golgotha sounds very intersting.

Golgatha rocked the San Francisco Bay Area from 1984 - 1986.... singer Tony Krider left to form Crossforce.... Drummer Al Whalen went to join Soldier.... bass player Adam Alvarez recruited a new guitarist drummer and eventually singer to form Valor.... Gary Gladson pretty much disappeared (moved I think..)

Golgatha's sound was along the lines of Armored Saint, Judas Priest.... early 80s HEAVY METAL with upfront lyrical content...

The plan in rough form is to take the original four songs and re-record parts... drums, guitar, bass... keep Tony's original vocal.... and then properly record 6-8 other Golgatha tracks that were never done properly... Adam shared with me that his experience with Gypsy Flight (the band he currently plays in with his wife) in the studio has allowed him to develop better engineering studio chops... they want to do this RIGHT....

The key will be to find the right vocalist to fill Tony Krider's shoes... He passed away some 10 years ago or so..... The lyrical content will not be compromised.... I had a great conversation with him....
