Irish - Greatest hits package is incredible 80s rock

Irish was an 80s rock/metal band that never made it, apparently. They released a digital only greatest hits package last year that is available on Spotify, iTunes, Google Play and Amazon. 

Great stuff. Strong vocals, solid songwriting, and great guitar work.

Feels Like Love is my favorite track. This should have been huge.

I found them on a Christian rock website..but their lyrics tend to be more just clean than outright Christ-centered. 

Call Your Name is a beautiful song that could be either about a boy/girl relationship or God

I listen to these guys the other day.... LOVE this music... so right up my alley!

And as an ND "IRISH" fan---it's DOUBLY Awesome!

I gotta get this album, but it will have to wait until at least next month...spent too much already this month.

One of the band members responded to me via email (Darryl), he said that they were toying with the idea of doing some new music.

So if you like what you heard, support them by buying the music from Google Play, Amazon or iTunes and then take a moment to stop by their page and send them a message.

Hmmm... Irish not on Firestream. Not a lot of info out there about them.

Eric posted a ton of videos, if you click on the video above and "watch on YouTube" you will see the rest of the videos. Looks like he is now living in Tennessee and part of the school board and is a financial planner. (Murfreesboro isn't that your stompin' grounds alldat?).
