Thanks, the only person missing from our immediate family is the youngest grandchild.
Kind of a reminder that regardless of the situation we should take plenty of pictures together.

Yikes! 

On a side note I am so happy that all of my kids are taller than me (even if only slightly).  I'm only about 5'-5" tall, and all of my kids are at least an inch or two taller than me.  None of them were lucky enough to be as ruggedly handsome as I am though (or as humble).

Some are bigger than others.  It ain't the size of the fan--it's all about the motion of the airflow!

Cabo is an awesome place.  I've been a few times and just love it.  Did you guys do any snorkeling while you were there?  That was always one of our favorite things to do because there are some truly spectacular fish around those parts!

Unfortunately we were there for an incredibly brief time, so didn't get to do much but walk around and shop.  The ship let us off at 7:30am and we had to be back to board the ship by 1pm (most things didn't even open until 9 or 9:30).  It is a fantastic place and we are certainly going back for an extended stay (my mother-in-law's time-share has a condo there).

Right on.  I definitely recommend spending more time there!  We stayed at a resort in San Jose Del Cabo which, at the time (I think it's grown a LOT since I've last been), was the more laid-back and less party-oriented area.  The downtown is cute and fun and it's still relatively close to all the big stuff.

A few more pictures from our cruise.

The first one is us enjoying cookies and Mimosas on our private balcony on the ship.
The second is us having a late lunch after shopping in Puerto Vallarta and sampling tequila.  The stickers on our shirts identify which excursion group we are with...it is the group director's responsibility to make sure we get back on the ship before it leaves (or else they have to get us to our next port of call).
The third picture is a collage of some portraits we had taken on the ship.  They do these portraits nearly every night on the ship in various places.

That last one in the collage makes Gary look like he's definitely expecting to get lucky!  LOL

A 20 year old me!  At the time, my dad was going through a bankruptcy and was afraid they'd come and take some of his belongings to sell to cover some of his debts.  I don't thnk that they can, but I am blessed to know nothing about bankruptcy.  Anyway, he sent his bass and amp to my house which I promptly put to use.  I was in a band with a couple of high school buddies.  You can see just a sliver of the guitar amp set up in my living room by the guitarist who is probably taking the photo.  I know it was 1990 because we had a fire a couple of months after we moved in.  We put in blinds after that and had different furniture.  My wife and I had lived in our house just a couple of months at this time, but we had been married almost two years.

I had a mullet in high school and then cut it for our wedding.  I wore it short until about this time.  Then, I let it grow back out and had a mullet from 90-94.  Then, I got a mouthful of wet sweaty hair in my mouth at work one night and went that next morning and got a grunge bowl cut.  I left the top long and buzzed everything else.  I've had short hair ever since.

I was letting mine grow out in '90.  I didn't cut it until the early 2000's.
