Happy Thanksgiving!
I'm not sure what's on the menu. We're going to spend the day with some friends so we'll find out what has been prepared. Though I know there is Huckleberry Cheesecake.

Happy Thanksgiving to all (even our members from outside the U.S.). When is Thanksgiving in the Netherlands?

My dad makes some pretty rad cheesecake... he has actually studied a lot on how to make it... uses the water-bath technique and everything... it is the fluffiest cheesecake I've ever eaten. Better even than fancy restaurants. This year he made a pecan crust because my step-sister doesn't like black walnuts, but I really love the black walnut crust he usually makes. I'm not even a big fan of walnuts, but it just blends perfectly with the flavor of the cheesecake.

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving on the way you do in the US. At the being of November some churches have a Thanksgiving for the Crop. That's an evening service.
