My brother told me about this today. Basically, you open the site on your smartphone and leave the phone there, with the page open. So far, I've done 10 and 60 minutes. Pretty good cause, and challenging, too. I kept it open while I was drumming, and yes that was for the 60-minute run. (My mom was less than thrilled with the noise, but on the other hand, I can drum for an hour.)
