Question about Amazon selling cd-r

I was wondering I have seen that amazon is selling cd-rs. I am wondering do you get an insert and lyric sheet or just a cd-r in a blanck jewel case or digi?
Anyone have any ideas?

The artist has the opportunity to design the layout completely for themselves. If you get the self titled Mission Of One disc through Amazon, you get full front and back covers and lyric sheets.

I think it varies depending on what the band or record label supplies to amazon. I bought one of those "on demand" cdrs from cafe press several years ago and it didn't come with any inserts, but the disc was printed with the band/song info (it was also only $6)

Also Frontline Records sells cd-R's on Amazon. So if you buy one it is a cd-r but it's official.

amazon wouldn't/couldn't sell "unofficial" CD-Rs ...
