| I don't like Euro power metal… the music is so high-pitched usually whereas I'm a bassist.  However, when it comes to in-between-heavy-and-thrash metal, Armageddon and Saint are my picks. | |

| There are a lot of Good ones. Among my faves are Impellitteri, Rob Rock, Narnia, Theocracy, Felipe Gonzalez, Jacob's Dream, Sacred Warrior, Barren Cross, Saint, and a new band I JUST discovered through Angelic Warlord, and that is Atkins May Project. They remind of Savatage, and one song reminds me of Iron Maiden. | |

| Not sure if they count as powermetal but I really dig Jacob's Dream, the Rob Rock solo stuff is also a favorite.
