I've been listening to a couple of artists from Facedown Records on YouTube recently - My Epic and Everything In Slow Motion. Not the typical hardcore stuff you usually hear from that label but still really good.

I've keep coming back to Nozanopera's Land of Paradise. After a day of screaming into my mic, it's such a soothing song.

That is some cool stuff, right there! I will be glad when Retroactive gets the remastered reissued of this band's albums out later this year.

Listening to very old albums from a very long time ago. They are so old that I don't dare to tell you about it.

Ooo, ooo, is it ABBA? The BeeGees? The Mommas and the Poppas? Or this throw-off-the-frown-of-wartime ditty....

It was pretty cool to listen to those old albums. No Jen, it was not ABBA or the Beegees. It was a bit more rock.
I seem to remember most lyrics of the songs of both albums.

I was just kidding about A and B.
It's funny how as soon as the music starts you can remember lyrics you may not have heard for years.

Ace is definitely not a singer. That hasn't stopped me from listening to all of his albums after his KISS days lately, though.

Whoever the other singer was on Frehley's first two solo outings should have done all the vocal work.

I believe it was Todd Howarth, but I think both of those albums featured Todd singing vocals on some tracks and Frehley taking the vocals on other tracks (kind of like what Ted Nugent did with Derek St Holmes in the 70's). I haven't listened to any of those solo Frehley albums in close to two decades
