I can't seem to get the link to work for some reason?

Is this your site?

Very cool, I really like the discography page. Love the way it's layed out and the album graphics are nice and large.

Very nice work !

I've been doing HTML for over 10 years, but I haven't gone beyond HTML and java. I've always wanted to learn more of flash and some of the newer stuff as most of my sites are slowly slipping into being "old" looking. Here's my most recent site I designed for my boss: http://www.jonespolandmd.com/

I'm wanting to forsake html and try one of those Generators - not sure though. I don't think generators allow you the freedom that writing your own script does.

Plus it's too much work to create a page that is compatable with all browsers. The Dr's site works great on IE, has some changes on Chrome, but doesn't like Firefox at all.

I think functionality is much more important than being "new" looking... I hate "new" looking.. too often it is slow loading or is difficult to navigate, etc...

I started doing HTML in '97 but I haven't really learned much more than "as necessary" lol .. it doesn't take much HTML knowledge to create a website...

on firefox it looks interesting... I didn't even look at your coding, though.. the thumbnail preview of each page is different.. not particularly appealing, though.

Yeh, that was Dr's idea. Suppose to be helpful for the old folks.

That site's been the same for about 4 years. She recently asked me to re-design it and "update" the look... she pays me well, but I'm not into it as I used to be. That's why I was considering a WYSIWYG cut and paste kind of deal. The new ones have all kinds of flashy crap that looks nice... I guess that's what she's thinking of.
