| Gotta say that I'm loving this album right now. I'm finding it really listenable and keep jumping repeatedly to the 'slower' tracks. Also the lyrics seem to be spot on. Right now I'd say it is their best since Back Again (my favourite). Tracks I'm loving are......... Dear X - Superb lyrics here, sung with a real passion. Collision - Great chorus, really catchy Remedy - Another of the 'slower' tracks, yet again with great lyrics. Defeaning - Bit heavier but still not the heaviest on the album, but it packs a punch. Worth The Pain - Yet again great lyrics. Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| What me surprised is the title of this new Disciple album. It reminds me to a game I have played.
I like this Horsehoes and blah blah blah album. Maybe I'm a fan of the more recent Disciple albums?

| I am stoked for this Friday when I attend the Masquerade featuring Horseshoes and Handgrenades.
This is album of the year for me by far. Really can't find anything wrong with this album | |

| Yep, I agree it's right up there as a possibility for my album of the year (along with Stairway, Saint, and ReinXeed.... and Golden Resurrection if that is released before Jan). I would have liked a ballad on HaH, as Disciple always do brilliant ballads. Maybe they had a couple on the bonus CD.... Fundy _________________ My Christian Metal Website......... Silence Is Madness

| Staybrite, we all have band we can't into. Bands others love and you don't like. I'm sure each member here has bands like that.
It took years before I liked Disciple. I like most newer stuff of them.

| I think the project is strong lyrically, but this is a weak album to me in comparison with their other projects. They should change the name to DiSkillet after this. Some guitar solos could have made this feel more original, but I expect to hear John Cooper singing on this rather than Kevin. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. https://christianhardmusic.niceboard.com/ | |
