| What does everyone think of this? What are your thoughts on the songwriting? Production? Keven gave this a scathing review at White Throne and was wondering if you agree with the review.
I will post my thoughts later. |

| Let me first read this.
What I noticed is that writing reviews is very personal. What one loves is for an other a bad album. |

| It's got some great songs on it. Don't review it off the computer speakers, though. Listen to a larger system. It sounds as weak as White Throne says on computer speakers. In my truck, it sounds much better. _________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

| I don't have the album yet, but I streamed the entire thing on Pastor Brad's site. The production did sound a little thin (difficult to judge from a internet MP3 player), but there is no mistaking the amazing musicianship of Pastor B (he is a fantastic guitarist). I also thought most of the guest vocalists were great. _________________ "I used to be indecisive.......... Now I'm not sure."

| I like it, but that first track is NOT an album opener. In fact, I think it's the weakest track overall. |

I wish I did listen to it on computer speakers.... LOL .... I spun it 4-5 times on my phillips home stereo...
Was it really scathing? I tried to downplay it.... really....

OK, "scathing" might have been overstating things and I did not mean to call you out in regards to the matter. I re-read the review and felt you were accurate in your assessment.
That said, I really do like the songs on "Break Out!" and might have given it a score of seven out of ten as opposed to five. Just my personal opinion. Keep up the good work. |

I would agree with that. The vocal thingie at the beginning goes on way too long._________________ I might have decided, or maybe not, that I should or shouldn't, depending on the issue or non-issue, to possibly share or not share, any thoughts, opinions, or facts (that might not be deemed factual by some), due to possible fear of any misinterpretation or retribution. |

Thanks dude... I was afraid of a 'Detonation' rehash!! LOL .... I think Brad should've let his guests do the vocalizing .... perhaps a 50/50 thing... 50% instrumental 50% vocal.... that might've been a more effective vehicle....
Some of the songs were very good..... I'd agree there.... |

Definitely. I don't care for the vocal effects used, either. The song she sings later sounds much better, IMO.
Overall, it's a strong effort, though. Good playing and singing and of course, the shredding the PB does so well. I like his vocals, too. He'll never be known as a really great vocalist, but within his range, he does a fine job. |
