The good news is you can preorder the Legacy CD at NEH.
The bad news is the free shipping is only for people in the US.

There are some really cheap shipping alternatives for businesses within the USA. This is an incentive to get us to preorder. However, the cost of shipping overseas is quite costly for a business or individual. So, I doubt you'll see any online CD vendor offering free worldwide shipping.

I really understand it that shipping inside the US is not so expensive as shipping oversea.
Even when you preorder you have to pay the shipping costs and when you are outside the US you have to pay a bit more.
That's how it is.

Mine's pre-ordered. I hardly ever pre-order anything anymore, but this is one I can't wait for, and I know NEH to be a very reputable dealer.

I've had mine for a couple of days now. I hear some comparisons to Dokken, Eternal Ryte, and Rage Of Angels. Really good stuff!!!

It is well worth the wait.
I cannot figure out why they were never signed back in the day. They are a lot better than other bands that were signed.
