New band I came across. Not bad. Metal with Skillet type hard rock on some songs.

That's a pretty fair comparison. I really like their sound. They also remind me of another band, Fades Away, without the screaming and without the rap/rock style of singing. Thanks for posting

Fades Away is good. Have you heard thier song Choir of Failure?. It's on thier myspace page and available as free download (at least it was). That song has Red written all over it

Yeah, I heard it a while back. You're right, I can definitely hear heavy Red influences in that song. I'm super excited for a new full length by them. Their debut album gets fairly frequent playing time from me.
