| We'd be a lot better off if we went back to raising our children that way. Just in the 3 days I've been subbing, I have heard some horror stories. | My kids can totally relate to this article (as can I when I was a kid).
My parents never drug me to church, but they did all the rest of the stuff in that article.

| I'm a pastor's son. I can relate TOTALLY to that article. And, like its author, I'm very grateful for that "drug" problem. But, my kids think I'm some kind of tyrant because of not allowing rude, disrespectful, or profane behavior. Sucks to be them, I guess... |

| That's pretty much the way my daughter feels as well. Of course her friends get to wander the streets at all hours and do whatever they want.

| I can relate somewhat or rather my wife can. My dad took a pastoring job in the city where I live. My future wife had gone to a party that and drank some liquids that she shouldn't have. Well her punishment for going to that party was that she was "drug" to church. Just so happen to be the first Sunday that we moved here.
