Kutless - It Is Well

According to a bulletin Tooth & Nail posted, the New Kutless album is slated to be released October 20th.

Cool, I also see "The Letter Black" is expected out in September.

I am looking forward to this new worship disc by Kutless. I loved their previous one and expect to love this one just as much.

Wait a second. Worship disc? That's the first I've heard of this being a worship disc. I gotta confess I wasn't all that happy with "Strong Tower"......definately gonna have to hear some samples of it before I plop down my hard earned cash.

Another worship disc? Geez. I know some people like them but not me.

I agree there's too many of these being done now and way too soon for Kutless to do another. Can you say "Cash Cow"?

I like the worship album of Kutless.
So I expect I like this one too.
I only hope the guys take songs who are not so famous.

If is mostly original songs(and I mean 11 out of 12 songs kind of mostly) I don't think I would cry foul.
I still might not like it, but at least it wouldn't be the same old "worship-covers" type album.

As far as I know, it will be mostly covers. I could be wrong, but that is what they talked about a few months back.

Since I loved "Strong Tower", this will be high on my want list.

I got this in the mail today and like it. It does have more edge to it than "Strong Tower", but it is still not a full blown Kutless disc. There are still plenty of lighter tracks in the vein of their first worship record.

Of the 12 songs, 7 are new songs. So, while this is a worship project, most of the songs are Kutless written. The other 5 are done in a way that makes it sound like Kutless wrote those.

If you liked "Strong Tower", then I would recommend this. If not, I would steer clear.

Except for the one song that they have released as a radio single, I have not heard any clips of other songs until I received the CD today. It does not actually release until Tuesday, though.

The best is order and listen then.

I actually think I like this better than Strong Tower. You Save Me is an awesome song!

Then you can listen to different songs.

God of Wonders

I'm not impressed by either new song on Myspace.

I listened to the 20 second samples at Amazon, and didn't hear much that had me jumping out of my chair......so I'm gonna pass on this one.

Wich is good because I am way behind for new releases as it is.

I like that song more than the first song.

I hope Kutless is going to make a new rockin'album again.
