Edens Way IV

Listening to Edens Way IV,
Edens Way just continue to improve with each release. It is good to see a band stick around and actually improve. Most bands release a disc or two and disappear.

They keep improving with each release in spite of personnel changes through the years. Right now, I think they've got their strongest lineup.

And I agree that the group has made improvements in each its releases.

I really like this band, but I don't like the singer's voice. Unlike other similar bands, however, his voice does not keep me from being able to listen to this. I can enjoy it, but I'd enjoy it a lot more if they had a different singer.

I like Dave's voice. Metal has been notorious for producing singers that may not be worth hearing outside of their genre. I wouldn't give a plug nickel to hear Alice Cooper, Axl Rose, and a host of others outside of their metal gigs. I think Dave sings a lot better than some of those guys. Maybe he isn't Rob Rock, but he isn't trying to be.

Overall, I think Eden's Way is a great band with a lot more potential if the right producer got them in the studio.

Chris, You hit the nail on the head here. Could not have said it better myself.

The difference, for me, is that I like Alice Cooper and those other guys within the metal genre. I just don't enjoy this guy's voice. The music rocks, though!!!

I think that's understandable.
There are many bands most people here seem to enjoy that I just can't get into.
As a matter of fact the main thing that keeps me from owning any Disciple albums is the vocals.
