This is an action photo of me when I biked my first non competentive Saturday one week ago.
Biked about 50 miles.

Yes, I have a racing bike and bike about twice a week.

I have a bike that sits in the bottom of the building where the Batcave is located. I haven't been on that bike in probably 3-4 years.

Now before you go to the Batcave go and look at that bike.
Take it out of the building and bike on it to see how it goes.
I'm sure that bike wants out.
Yes really biking is a great way to loose weight.

I go mountain biking once a week, although only for the social side of it! Nowadays I only do 8 miles a week, when I was younger I used to do 30 odd.......

Cycling's good fun (especially down hill)

We have a local bike race coming up next week called the Tour of the Gila. Lance Armstrong will be here this year for it. I'm not much into cycling, but even I know that's a big deal. lol!

There are some video's made but I don't have an idea how to get those video's on CHM.

I think Topshot and sabidoo are working together since I've posted the pic.

You'd have to load any video onto a video site like youtube and then embed it or post the link to it. Essentially it's similar to pictures except niceboard has an icon that makes hosting pics somewhat easier if you don't have your own photo album account.
