Mission Of One CDs available now!!!

A dozen people or so between CHM and CMR, have shown serious interest in the music, but for some reason they are not flocking to buy them? Must be that darned economic recession. Well the new M of 1 is only one of 3 cds I have purchased in the last 2 or 3 months, so I can understand if peoples wallets are a little thin right now.

Most of the freebies are ones in real life. I think only Fundy, Yvonne, Dale (has radio program), and Dynamis (review from Angelic Warlord) have gotten freebies thus far. I have to send a couple to Heaven's Metal and to Topshot and maybe Tri-Rock radio.

I think things will pick up a little when a couple of reviews are out. Also, CD Baby will be getting the slimlines in a few days. So, there will be increased outlets for the CDs and MP3s. If the disc doesn't do well, it won't be from lack of availability!

This morning I listened to "Mission Of One.
Whoooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I am impressed of this album.
It sounds good ... so very good.
The mix of the different styles is great.The vocals sound great, the leads and the solo's are great. As usuall the bass is cool.
Darren did a very good job on the drums.
The one who gives a bad review of this CD will be "Foo Yong Bad Reviewer Bye" soon.
Now I pray and hope this will be the breakthrough for Mission Of One in the christian music world.

This album is a killer.

Thanks! I'm liking it! I know that every band claims that each new CD is their best ever. With this one, I really feel like it was my best thus far. The songs are just fun, and I love the lyrics. I enjoyed playing the leads this time. The Angelic Warlord review did think that I needed to cut loose more, but I really don't know how. I'm not a lead guitarist, and I was faking my way through the whole thing. Simple leads that a total shredder could have done in seconds blindfolded took me 3-4 hours to do. Regardless though, I am proud of this disc. I just wish that "Take Another Swig" had sounded this good as it is more close to the feel of the new CD.

Anyone else who's got a copy of Mission Of One S/T and also an amazon.com account, should go and post a review (no matter how small) on amazon so it gives Chris' new album some more publicity!

You have the right to be proud on this CD.
It's so cool to read the lyrics now.

Only 5 times? I feel like I've heard it dozens of times over two years. Oh, that's because I HAVE heard it dozens of times over the last two years.

Now that the CD is out, I've either got to kick Tim, his sister Jessica, and his dad Rick in the butts to make them learn these songs, or I'm gonna have to find some musicians to help me do some true Mission Of One gigs.

Or, I can always start working on new music. I've got a new song to do with Thomas Wilson for his Incarnate project. I've also got enough songs to do my own project.

Tell them to go to the Mac three times a week and lead them to a place where you can practice the new and very cool Mission Of One songs.

Can't seem to find it on their site, just the first two albums.

May take another day or so for them to get the sound samples and everything working. I know they have the discs in stock from the email they sent.

Thought about putting it on emusic? that should help some too.

I hadn't. I signed up for a bunch of distribution through various MP3 sites via CD Baby. So, eMusic could be one of those sites. I'll have to check.

I also checked, and I opted in through CD Baby for iTunes, Napster, eMusic, etc. I should be appearing on those sites over the next several weeks.

Now I hope the people are touched by the Mission Of One songs and buy the CD or download the MP3s.
