Vow

What a great song. I've always loved this song but had lately forgotten just how great it really is. Ranks just ahead of Beyond the Surface as my favorite from them. For some reason though I've always wished they'd of used the line put the gun away instead of the knife.

Those are both great songs.

For some reason that song "It's Like Me" always kind of hits me, especially the opening verse reminding us that we can easily miss our only chance to share Jesus with someone.

The "Vow" song I can remember is one of the S/T Kutless.

I am pretty sure they are both by Kutless.

Now that you mention Kutless, I can hear both songs in my head. Sucks to get old and not be able to keep hundreds of CDs properly in one's memory!

Actually I didn't mention them by name because I always thought most people here were big Kutless fans and would surely know who I was referring to, especially you Chris.

True, but you gotta give Alldat a break. When you have 7,000 cds it can be difficult to remember even your favorites.

Even though we have Kutless fans here at CHM it's not always easy to recognize a song only by the title.
I think most of us have many songs we really like.

But I agree with you 7thSecond, both songs are great songs.

I'm pretty certain Alldat was just joking, I don't think he has quite that many cds (but I could be wrong). I only have around 400 cds, I have some serious catching up to do.

I'm probably around the 900 mark.

I'm currently at 1,096.

Dude, when I was 14 I had maybe 15 albums and cassettes combined.
And one of them was ABBA.

Your doing more than fine, give it time.

When I was 14, I probably had about 14 cassettes.

I think Kutless was trying to relate to kids who are cutters. Those kids cut on their bodies to deal with their inner pain. Subconsciencely, they are building up the "courage" to go through with suicide.
